How to quickly remove eye fatigue? For those who are constantly on the computer!



Workaholics with sore red eyes today are found at every turn. To avoid this, every day several times interrupt the documents for display or simple exercises. Performing exercises for the eyes properly, we not only train the muscles, but also indirectly working with the entire organism as a whole.

5. "Dial." Imagine the front of a large gold-colored dial (scientists believe that this helps restore color vision). Follow the circular movements of the eyeballs, leaving the head still.
6. "Pencil." Take a pencil in his right hand and pull it out by lifting the pencil at eye level. Look at the tip of a pencil and slowly allot a hand to the right, then left, walking through the eyes of the subject of writing, but without moving his head.
7. "Beautiful far." Go to the window and look away, then the tip of the nose - it trains the eye muscles. Repeat the exercise several times.

The cause of inflammation and eye fatigue can be not only work with documents and computers, but also cosmetics, cigarette smoke, weak or strong light, radiation, bright colors ... To restore the view to leave the eyes alone, give them a rest.
To reduce fatigue and inflammation of the eyes, use the means at hand: attach to the skin under the eyes pieces of ice or a towel soaked in cold water, soak a fresh cucumber juice lids, attach to the eye compress of chamomile tea or plain; Overlay alternately hot and cold cotton swab moistened infusion of sage (1 teaspoon in half a cup of boiling water), just good night's sleep!
